Warranty Policy
Every Forte machine is covered by a one-year warranty with parts replacement, giving buyers confidence in their investment.
What Is Covered
Our standard warranty covers parts replacement for manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. Structural components, hydraulic components and drivetrain parts are covered under the terms of the warranty policy.
Consumable items such as filters, seals and wear parts are excluded, as are failures caused by misuse, accident or improper maintenance.
How to Claim
If you experience an issue, contact our after-sales team with your machine serial number, photos or video of the problem and a description. Our team will diagnose remotely and confirm the replacement parts to ship.
For major components, our team will guide you through the repair procedure with technical documentation and video support.
Spare Parts Support
We maintain a stock of common spare parts and can ship replacements quickly. For large first orders, we recommend ordering a spare parts kit tailored to your machine and usage.
