Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions buyers ask us most. If yours is not here, send us an inquiry — we reply within one business day.
What is your production and delivery lead time?
Standard machinery is typically dispatched within 3–4 weeks after deposit. In our factories, a machine usually takes 7–14 working days to build. OEM or customized builds are scheduled per project, and we confirm a delivery date before you order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal and credit cards for qualifying orders. For most orders a deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment, with production photos or video provided along the way.
Do you provide CE, EPA and other certifications?
Machines can be configured to meet EPA and Euro 5 emission standards, and CE-compliant configurations are available for EU destinations. Confirm your country and application, and we will specify the documentation available for that configuration.
Can I customize the machine with my own brand?
Yes. We support OEM customization including engine selection, hydraulics, cab type, tracks, colors and logo. Many of our distributor partners sell machines under their own brand name. Contact our OEM team to review options for your market.
How does your warranty work?
Every machine comes with a one-year warranty covering parts replacement for manufacturing defects. Our after-sales team diagnoses issues remotely and ships replacement parts. Consumable items and misuse are excluded — see our warranty policy for details.
Can you help with shipping to my country?
We regularly export to over 30 countries. We can arrange sea freight, prepare all export documents and advise on the packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading for your customs broker. Tell us your port and we will provide a freight estimate.
