Quality Assurance

Quality is not a department at Forte — it is a process that runs from incoming steel plate to the final test before shipping.

Incoming Inspection

Every batch of raw materials and purchased components is inspected before entering production. Steel thickness and grade are verified, and hydraulic and engine components are checked against our specification.

This first gate prevents small problems from becoming expensive field failures.

In-Process Checks

Welders follow qualified procedures, and critical welds on booms and undercarriages are inspected. Machined surfaces and hydraulic assemblies are checked at each station along the line.

Assembly workers use torque-controlled tools and sign off each machine's build checklist.

Final Testing

Before any machine is released, it runs a complete function test: engine performance, hydraulic pressures, track or drive operation, bucket and boom movement, and all electrical systems. Test results are recorded and kept with the machine's file.

We can provide testing photos or video for your order during production — just ask.
