Our Factory & Manufacturing
Forte machines are built in our own production facilities in Shandong, China. From steel plate to finished machine, every step is controlled in-house.
Modern Manufacturing
Our production process starts with laser cutting and automatic welding for precision and long-term reliability. Structural components are fabricated to tight tolerances, then painted and assembled on dedicated lines for excavators and loaders.
We keep core production in-house — booms, undercarriages and load frames — while sourcing engines and hydraulic components from established suppliers.
Step-by-Step Quality Inspection
Quality control measures are integrated into every stage of manufacturing. Incoming materials are checked, welds are inspected, hydraulic systems are pressure-tested and each machine runs a final function test before it is released for shipping.
The inspection record travels with the machine, and our QC team can share photos and test reports during production if you request them.
Factory Visits
We welcome buyers to visit our factory, meet the team and see machines under production. For most international customers we also offer a video walkthrough of the production line and the specific machine being built for you.
